OSU is seeking proposals only from firms accepted into OSU’s 2019-2023 Professional Consultant Reserve Contracting Program and extended, as applicable.
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive ONE STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain one (1) Design Professional to provide Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding/Permitting, and Construction Administration phase services in support of the Collaborative Aerospace Research Center (the “Project”).
