Business and Bid Opportunities

Notice: OSU is moving future sourcing events to Workday Strategic Sourcing. New opportunities will be posted in the public portal at https://oregon-state-university.public-portal.us.workdayspend.com/. Suppliers may need to register or sign in through Workday to view full event details or submit a response. This Bid and Business Opportunities website is being retired and no new sourcing events will be posted here.

Responding to a Solicitation in Workday
Suppliers interested in responding to a solicitation event should select the blue Start Bid button for the applicable solicitation and Create a Supplier Account. If, during registration, you receive a message indicating that your company may already be associated with an existing supplier account in Workday, we recommend proceeding with your own registration unless you know who within your organization manages your company’s Workday supplier account and can provide you with access. Please note that Oregon State University is unable to grant access to or recover credentials for a supplier’s existing Workday account. Access requests must be coordinated internally within your organization.
