Jefferson Street Building Technology Suite Tenant Improvement Construction Services

Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive ONE-STEP
Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) Contractor to provide Construction Services for the Jefferson Street Building Technology Suite Tenant Improvement (the “Project”).

OSU is seeking proposals only from firms accepted into OSU’s 2019-2023 Construction Related Services Reserve Contracting Program.

OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED PROPOSALS ELECTRONICALLY - Proposals are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.

VIRTUAL MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE- A virtual Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 4, 2024, at 1:00 PM PT via Zoom. Firms wishing to attend shall e-mail constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu no later than 30 minutes in advance to receive the Zoom link. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.

NON-MANDATORY SITE-VISIT – A Non-Mandatory Site-Visit shall take place on March 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM PT with attendees meeting outside the front entrance to the Jefferson Street Building (3731 SW Jefferson Street – Corvallis, OR 97330).
