Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain one firm to replace the roof, paint building exterior, replace flooring and window coverings in resident rooms and refresh finishes in first floor lobby and building lounges in Halsell Hall on the OSU Corvallis campus.
OSU is seeking Bids only from firms accepted into OSU’s 2019-2023 Construction Related Services Reserve Contracting Program. Firms not currently in the Reserve Program can apply for entry into the program by responding to the RFQ contained at the following link: https://bid.oregonstate.edu/
