Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive ONE-STEP
Request for Proposal (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) contractor for the Jefferson Avenue North
Parking Lot Improvements.
OSU is seeking responses only from firms accepted into OSU’s 2024-2030 Construction Related
Services Reserve Contracting Program. Firms not currently in the Reserve Program can apply for
entry into the program by responding to the RFP contained at the following link:

OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED RESPONSES ELECTRONICALLY - Responses are to be
submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT- A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site-
Visit will be held on April 8, 2026, at 11:30 AM PT with attendees meeting at 1221 SW Jefferson
Avenue, Corvallis, OR 97331
All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the
Question Deadline in order to be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation
Number/Name and Firm Name.
