Summer Parking Lot Renewal Construction Services
Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Comprehensive Reserve Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain ONE (1) Contractor to provide construction services for the Summer Parking Lot Renewal (the “Project”).
OSU is seeking Bids only from firms accepted into OSU’s 2019-2023 Construction Related Services Reserve Contracting Program. Firms not currently in the Reserve Program can apply for entry into the program by responding to the RFQ contained at the following link: https://bid.oregonstate.edu/
OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS ELECTRONICALLY - Bids are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT - A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site-Visit will be held on June 14, 2023 at 1:30 PM PT with attendees meeting at the Richardson Hall South Parking Lot (3180 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, OR 97331). The Site-Visit will move from there to the Adams Avenue Parking Lot (SW 11th & Adams).
