Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Roxtec Transit Build (RTB) and Roxtec Transit Operations (RTO) software subscriptions from Roxtec Services, LLC as a sole source. This sole source determination is based upon the contractor being the single provider of the required goods and services, specifically the proprietary Roxtec RTB and RTO software. The Roxtec software with be used to map and manage Roxtec Vessel Transits for the Regional Class Research Vessel (RCRV) Project. This sole source will be effective for the duration of RCRV Vessel Construction and OSU RCRV Vessel operations. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
