Integrated Electrospinning and Electrospraying System
Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of an integrated electrospinning and electrospraying research platform from INOVENSO as a sole source due to required compatibility with existing equipment and the system’s unique integrated capabilities. The selected system must provide a fully enclosed, environmentally controlled platform supporting electrohydrodynamic processing up to 40 kV with programmable control over voltage, flow rate, nozzle–collector distance, temperature, and humidity through a unified interface. It must support single‑nozzle, coaxial, and triaxial electrospinning with synchronized multi‑syringe pumping to enable reproducible core–shell and multilayer nanofiber architectures. The system must also include both rotating drum and flat collectors within the same enclosure to fabricate aligned and randomly oriented nanofiber mats, as well as integrated electrospraying capability without hardware changes to support functional coatings and nanoscale surface treatments. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03‑010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by February 5, 2026 at 11:00AM PST
