Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of specialized software development services from EcoData Technology LLC as a sole source due to required continuity with existing research software. The selected supplier must possess advanced software engineering and computer science expertise specific to applied agricultural research, including experience translating scientific pest prediction models into functional, user‑facing web applications in order to achieve the same level of integration with the existing systems. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03‑010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by February 5, 2026 at 10:30AM PST.
