WIEGAND HALL 122 SUSTAINABLE FOOD MANUFACTURING RESEARCH LAB DESIGN -BUILD (D-B) SERVICES
Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposal (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) Design-Builder to provide design and construction services for the Wiegand Hall 122 Sustainable Food Manufacturing Research Lab (the “Project”).
OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED RESPONSES ELECTRONICALLY - Responses are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT- A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site-Visit will be held on August 29, 2025, at 9:00 AM PT with attendees meeting outside the front entrance to Wiegand Hall - 3051 SW Campus Way, Corvallis, Oregon 97331.
All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
