Sunscreen System With Installation and Training

Description

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a Sunscreen System with installation and training from Unchained Labs as a sole source based on the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. OSU has the need for a Sunscreen instrument that is compatible with 96-well plate format and capable of standalone operation at flow rates of 1-15 ml/min and 1-2ml of total particle formulation. The instrument must be able to generate 96 formulations within 8 hours and have reusable microfluidic glass chip technology to develop a Lipid Nanoparticle end product. Sunscreen from Unchained Labs is capable of 0.1-30 ml/min flow rate at adjustable volume ratios and can generate volumes of 0.2-2ml per sample. It is building on a reusable microfluidic glass chip technology. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by 03/13/2025 at 10:00 am PST.
