Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of wave energy converter acquisition and sensors from Hottinger Bruel and Kjaer as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. The data acquisition and sensors must meet the following specifications: 18 bit resolution, 2MS/s, capability of measuring 3 phase power in two locations, power supply for CTs, and torque transducer with capacity of 200 Nm with encoder and associated signal conditioning and DAQ. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
