Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a Canon X-Ray from UMS Solutions as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the goods being compatible with existing equipment. Equipment must be compatible and uniform with existing DICOM viewer software across all vehicles including equine field service. The DR panel and x-ray generator must also be uniform with existing equipment. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
