Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Liebert DS Precision Cooling Systems and Liebert MC Air-Cooled Microchannel Condensers from Vertiv Corporation as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services, its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment, the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical timeframes to support the research and business needs of the University, and based on the supplier being the single provider of the goods and/or services. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
