Oregon State University's University Housing and Dining Services (UHDS) department is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposal (RFP) process to retain one firm to provide design services for its Weatherford Hall Exterior Renovation Design Work including: developing a design package to support Historic Review Committee process, permits, bid sets, and construction administration.
