Hinsdale Lab Additions Construction Services
Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive ONE-STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) Contractor to provide Construction Services for Hinsdale Lab Additions (the “Project”).
OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED PROPOSALS ELECTRONICALLY - Proposals are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT- A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site-Visit will be held on May 9, 2024, at 1:30 PM PT with attendees meeting outside the entrance to the O.H. Hinsdale Wave Research Laboratory at 3550 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, Oregon 97331.
All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline to be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
