Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain up to three general contractors to assist OSU with preconstruction planning, material installation and construction support of a research project. The project site is the Natural Hazards Engineering Research Infrastructure (NHERI) on the University of California San Diego (UCSD)campus, in San Diego, California (the “Project”).
