Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain one (1) Design Build (“DB”) team to provide design build services in support of the Hatfield Marine Science Center (“HMSC") Housing project near the HMSC campus in Newport, Oregon (the “Project”).
