Heat Plant Repurpose Design Services
Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) Firm to provide design professional services for the Heat Plant Repurpose Design Services (the “Project”).
OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED PROPOSALS ELECTRONICALLY - Proposals are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
VIRTUAL NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE- A virtual Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 8:30 AM PT on May 31, 2022 via Zoom. Firms wishing to attend shall e-mail constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu no later than 30 minutes in advance to receive the Zoom link. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
MANDATORY SITE-VISIT – A Mandatory Site-Visit shall take place on June 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM PT with attendees meeting outside the double doors on the West side of the Heat Plant (501 Benton Place). Parking and building location information can be found at http://www.oregonstate.edu.
Campus Safety Policies for Face Covering and Physical Distancing requirements related to COVID-19 are located at https://covid.oregonstate.edu/safety-policies.
