Collaborative Innovation Complex (CIC) CM/GC Services
Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) Firm to provide Construction Management/General Contractor services for the Collaborative Innovation Complex (the “Project”).
OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED PROPOSALS ELECTRONICALLY - Proposals are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
VIRTUAL NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE- A virtual Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 1:00 PM PT on February 18, 2022 via Zoom. Firms wishing to attend shall e-mail constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu no later than 30 minutes in advance to receive the Zoom link. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
MANDATORY SITE-VISITS – Mandatory Site-Visits shall take place at 11:00 AM PT on February 23, 2022. Attendees are to meet on the North Side of Weniger Hall (103 SW Memorial Place) along Monroe Street. Parking and building location information can be found at http://www.oregonstate.edu.
Campus Safety Policies for Face Covering and Physical Distancing requirements related to Covid-19 are located at https://covid.oregonstate.edu/safety-policies.
