Dryden Hall Roof Replacement Re-Bid
Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain ONE (1) Contractor to provide construction services for the Dryden Hall Roof Replacement Re-Bid (the “Project”).
OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS ELECTRONICALLY - Bids are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
VIRTUAL NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE- A Virtual Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:00 AM PT on November 9, 2021, via Zoom. Firms wishing to attend shall e-mail constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu no later than 30 minutes in advance to receive the Zoom link. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
MANDATORY SITE-VISIT – A Mandatory Site-Visit shall take place at 11:00 AM PT on November 10, 2021, starting at the front entrance to Dryden Hall at 450 SW 30th Street in Corvallis. Parking and building location information can be found at http://www.oregonstate.edu. Campus Safety Policies for Face Covering and Physical Distancing requirements related to Covid-19 are located at https://covid.oregonstate.edu/safety-policies.
