Scope of Work: Contractor to provide services, including but not limited to the following: Contractor will provide pre-employment psychological evaluations of prospective candidates for the positions of Communications Officer, Public Safety Officer, Security Officer, Police Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and other positions within University's Police Department (UOPD) as determined by University. Contractor will provide the test materials and supplies that Contractor will use during the assessment process for candidate suitability. Contractor will meet with each individual candidate for an assessment evaluation. Contractor will provide a written report including the test and evaluation findings, along with a recommendation for hire within five (5) business days of the evaluation date, to the UOPD Chief or appointed representative.
