Valley Library Roof Replacement

Description

Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain ONE (1) Contractor to provide construction services for the Valley Library Roof Replacement (the “Project”).

OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS ELECTRONICALLY - Bids are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.

VIRTUAL NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE- A Virtual Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM PT on November 30, 2021, via Zoom. Firms wishing to attend shall e-mail constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu no later than 30 minutes in advance to receive the Zoom link. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.

MANDATORY SITE-VISIT – A Mandatory Site-Visit shall take place at 10:30 AM PT on December 2, 2021, starting at the Valley Library’s Main North entrance on the Quad (210 SW Waldo Place). Parking and building location information can be found at http://www.oregonstate.edu. Campus Safety Policies for Face Covering and Physical Distancing requirements related to Covid-19 are located at https://covid.oregonstate.edu/safety-policies.
