Sports Performance Center Renovation Phase 1 Design RFQ

Description

Oregon State University (“OSU” and “Owner”) is conducting a competitive ONE-STEP process to retain ONE (1) consultant team to provide professional design services for the Sports Performance Center Renovation.

Owner will be accepting sealed submittals at Construction Contracts Administration, Oregon State University, 644 SW 13th Street, Corvallis, Oregon, until 2:00 PM local time, December 27, 2018 for the project located on the campus of Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon. Interested firms can view the solicitation at: https://bid.oregonstate.edu/

Oregon State University is seeking qualifications from integrated design teams headed by an architectural firm for the design and construction administration of a building remodel in Corvallis, OR. The architecture firm is free to sub-contract as necessary to ensure a complete design team, including but not limited to structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, audio/visual technology, and cost estimating.
